Coaching psychology for women navigating life transitions, or a sense that something isn’t quite right- helping you understand and shift unhelpful patterns and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Coaching Psychology combines the science of psychology with the practical, forward-looking nature of coaching to support self-understanding, navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

As a Registered Psychologist (General Registration) with over 16 years’ experience in psychology and coaching, I support women to better understand themselves, navigate change, and begin to shift the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck.

I work with women across areas such as:

  • building confidence and resilience

  • navigating life after separation or divorce

  • overcoming self-doubt and unhelpful patterns

  • navigating uncertainty and periods of transition

  • managing stress or feelings of anxiety, and

  • developing a clearer sense of direction.

The focus is not just on insight, but on taking thoughtful, meaningful steps forward in your day-to-day life.

Coaching is well suited to women navigating life transitions, change, stress, self-doubt, uncertainty and the emotional challenges that often accompany these experiences.

I offer both face-to-face and online coaching, so you can access support in a way that feels comfortable, including from the privacy of your own home.

A supportive space to pause, reflect and create meaningful change
